The head of the crew is a kid named Funky Jilz. He recorded an album in '94

may have ever hit the street was "Eye Level" and I've never heard
it or know anyone who has heard it, he also appeared on the B-side
of Legion Of D.U.M.E's "Sons Of Sam" a cut called "Darc Mind
Inc". There is a new release on Jungle Nills records. Peep

wondering, HDM stands for Hype Da Madman. This single features Clean & Dirty
versions of "The Professional" and Clean & Instrumental versions of "Real MC's".
This single is okay, but it doesn't have a REAL Shaolin sound to it. It was produced
by Nik The Wiz.
Nappy Crum Snatchers
I don't know any thing about them. Their album is done and can be purchased
through special order. I don't know cause I don't have the album. They
Also have a 5 song EP. Don't be confused by Krum Snatcha & Krum Snatcha

Now Born Click
This groups is from New Brighton (an area of Staten). I'm not sure

ever been to New Brighton they may have seen "Now Born Click" tagged
up on an overpass.
Now Born Soldiers / Mad Sick (NBC ?????)

I don't know what lable this single is on.

and Instrumentals. This single is HIGHLY recommended if you
can find it.
Ruthless Bastards
This group is produced by RNS (GP-Wu) & Blaquesmiths. They have A LOT
of members (6-7). They are from Now Born, Shaolin. They currently have one promo 12
inch single. They are also featured on the B-Side of a Resevoir Doggs single
for some strange reason.
Murder We Wrote / Ruthless Bastards (Flow Master Recordings FLO-PRO-001)
Release Date - 1997
A promo 12 inch single. "Murder We Wrote" is produced by RNS,
which has produced such Shaolin-Affliated groups as Shyheim, UMC's, GP-WU,
Pop Da Brown Hornet, & DSA. This track is also co-written by Dark Skinned Assassin!!!
"Ruthless Bastards" was produced by the Blaquesmiths and is the better track
in my opinion. They also dis Wu in this track!!!! There is an alternate (and better)
version of "Murder We Wrote" which actually contained a chorus!!! It appeared
on the b-side to a Resevoir Doggs single.

He currently has 4 singles (3 I know of). He is on his own independant lable.

Renagayd and P.O.W.
The U.M.C.'s
This is a group from Shaolin. They were from a few years ago. They were
on Wild Pitch Records. I don't think they have released anything recently.
I haven't heard any of their songs so I don't know about them. Well known
producer RNS produced a few songs such as "Blue Cheese".
Anybody who as ever heard there songs can say that they sound completely
Old School. Nothing like Wu at the time. Most of there songs
sound the same on "Unleased" but I don't know about the older
album. Check the albums out if you have a chance to get them.
